Trim, door, or single-area touch-up: $95–$200
Door touch-up, scuff mark coverage, small spot repaints, post-repair color blends. We bring brushes and rollers; you supply the paint (or we color-match to a sample chip). Typical 1–2 hour visit.
Standard room repaint (walls only): $350–$750
One or two coats on a typical 12'×14' bedroom or office. Walls only, no trim. We patch small holes first if needed, prep, cut in, roll, second coat. 4–6 hours.
Ceiling repaint (per room): $200–$450
Just the ceiling. Often combined with wall repaints. Includes prime-and-paint for water-stained ceilings. Flat white standard; satin or eggshell available if you want a scrubbable finish.
Front door refinish: $175–$325
Sand existing finish, prime, paint front and edges. Choose a high-impact color (deep blue, black, classic red) for resale appeal. Single day with weather; we let it cure before re-hanging.
Color-match patch + blend: $125–$250
After a drywall patch, the new paint won't match sun-faded paint around it. We feather-blend the edges, or whole-wall repaint, so the patch disappears. Most worthwhile in high-visibility areas.
What we don't do
Whole-house exterior repaints, multi-room whole-interior repaints, sprayer work. For those we refer to dedicated painting contractors who bring a crew and price per square foot. Our scope is the smaller jobs that take 2–4 hours.
