Small items: $90–$130
Nightstands, single chairs, small bookshelves, simple desks under 4 ft, basic side tables. Usually 30–60 minutes per item, sometimes faster if multiple items are similar (we batch).
Standard items: $130–$200
Beds (queen/king), dressers, standard desks, 6–8 ft bookshelves, dining tables, simple wardrobes. These are 1–2 hours each. Most bedroom furniture falls in this band.
Large and complex items: $200–$350
PAX wardrobes, large built-in style wall units, sectional couches, multi-piece office configurations, exercise equipment with heavy frames. 2–4 hours, sometimes two-person job.
Add-ons and discounts
- Anti-tip wall anchoring: +$25 per item, into studs. Essential if you have kids or pets — most tip-overs happen during play.
- Multi-item discount: We discount per-item rate when assembling 3+ items in one visit (typical move-in scenario).
- Packaging haul-away: +$25 to break down boxes and take them. Otherwise we stack them neatly at the curb.
- Playsets / swing sets: $300–$700 depending on size — these are full-day jobs.
