Do you carry a Certificate of Insurance we can list our company on?

Yes — we maintain general liability coverage and can issue a COI naming your management company or property as additional insured before our first visit. Standard turnaround is one business day.

Do you offer net terms or recurring contracts?

Yes. For ongoing property managers and commercial accounts we offer net-30 invoicing, monthly consolidated statements, and PO-based work orders. Recurring punch-list service is available on a monthly cadence.

Can you schedule work after hours or before opening?

Yes. We routinely work mornings before retail opens, late nights for restaurants, and weekends for offices — anything we can do to keep your operating hours clear.

Do you handle emergency commercial calls?

We prioritize same-day service for active leaks, broken doors/locks, lighting outages, and other safety issues for existing commercial accounts.

Is there a minimum job size for commercial?

No fixed minimum, but we waive our standard service-call minimum for accounts with recurring monthly work. For one-off jobs, our standard call-out applies.
